Agency 5 – STATE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD Chapter 40 EXISTING STATIONARY SOURCES There is a long list of sections for Agency 5 Chapter 40 which are not organized by product of process type. Most of the references to VOC standards are to manufacturing processes. However, buried deep in the list are several sections each of which contains a single regulation for a coating application limiting the VOC content to between 1.2 and 4.3 lbs/gal. :
