Changes to VOC and MIR Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency, several consortia of state environmental regulators, and many local regulators are continuously reviewing and updating their rules on Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Maximum Incremental Reactivity (MIR). The links in this site take you to the section for each regulator which lists any recent or upcoming changes.

Jan 5, 2015:  Ohio EPA is requesting stakeholder input on potential amendments to Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Chapter 3745-24, “NOx and VOC Emission Statements.” The list of rules under review are found at:  http://www.epa.ohio.gov/dapc/DAPCrules.aspx.
